The Oakliv Affiliate Program is for independent professionals who can introduce high-quality hospitality, design, and corporate projects to Oakliv.
Affiliates help Oakliv reach relevant decision-makers. Oakliv handles all evaluation, pricing, contracting, and execution.
This is a commission-based program for industry professionals.
Who This Is For
The Oakliv Affiliate Program is designed for professionals with direct access to real projects, such as:
- → hospitality consultants and operators
- → interior designers and architects
- → real estate and development professionals
- → design-focused creators and industry influencers
- → business consultants and sector specialists
You should apply if you regularly interact with people who commission spaces, interiors, or branded environments.
This program is not for:
- → resellers or distributors
- → agencies seeking to manage projects
- → individuals looking for passive income
- → anyone expecting to quote, price, or negotiate on Oakliv’s behalf
How It Works
As an Oakliv Affiliate, you:
- → introduce relevant projects to Oakliv
- → connect Oakliv with decision-makers
- → facilitate initial conversations when appropriate
Oakliv:
- → qualifies every project
- → defines scope and feasibility
- → sets pricing and timelines
- → signs contracts directly with clients
- → executes and delivers all work
Affiliates never handle money, contracts, or negotiations. Oakliv always owns the client relationship.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commission on realised project revenue.
Initial Projects
- → 5%–8% commission on the first project
- (rate depends on project type and affiliate profile)
Repeat Projects
- → 1%–2% commission on repeat projects from the same client
- → paid for up to 18 months from the last order
After 18 months of inactivity, the client relationship expires and any future projects are treated as new introductions.
Payment Terms
- → commission is paid only when a project is closed and delivered
- → calculated on actual invoiced value
- → paid within 15 days of Oakliv receiving client payment
There is no commission on projects that do not close.
What Qualifies as an Introduction
A qualified introduction includes:
- → direct contact with a decision-maker
- → basic project brief (location, scope, approximate timeline)
- → confirmation that the client understands Oakliv executes directly
Simple email or WhatsApp intros without context do not qualify.
The introduction must be the first qualified contact between Oakliv and the client.
Territory & Competition
The Oakliv Affiliate Program operates on an open territory model. This means:
- → affiliates may operate in the same cities or sectors
- → there is no geographic exclusivity
- → first qualified introduction wins attribution
If a client approaches Oakliv directly within 12 months of an affiliate introduction, the affiliate still receives 50% of the applicable commission.
This protects early relationship-building without creating permanent ownership.
Program Requirements
To remain active in the program, affiliates must demonstrate real engagement. Typical expectations:
- → at least 2 qualified introductions per quarter
- or
- → at least 1 closed project per quarter
Affiliates who fall below this threshold may be moved to inactive status. Inactive affiliates:
- → do not receive credit for new introductions
- → do not earn repeat commissions
They may reapply by meeting the activity threshold again.
Typical Timelines
While every project is different, typical cycles are:
- → 2–4 weeks from introduction to qualification
- → 4–12 weeks from qualification to project closure
- → commission paid within 15 days of project delivery and payment
Most affiliates see their first commission within 6–10 weeks of a successful introduction.
How You Represent Oakliv
Affiliates are independent and do not represent Oakliv commercially.
Affiliates may:
- → introduce Oakliv
- → share Oakliv’s work and positioning
- → facilitate early conversations
Affiliates may not:
- → quote prices or ranges
- → promise feasibility or timelines
- → negotiate with clients
- → accept payments
- → present themselves as Oakliv employees or partners
All commercial communication is handled directly by Oakliv.
