When do I get paid?
Commission is calculated and paid quarterly - January, April, July, and October. Payments cover all completed and paid projects from the preceding quarter. Your statement is sent automatically with no forms required.
Is there a minimum referral requirement to stay active?
No minimum in the first 12 months. After 12 months with no converted referrals, the account is marked inactive - but can be reactivated at any time by contacting us directly.
Can I refer international projects?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. We handle international procurement for institutional and architectural projects. If the project qualifies, commission applies at your standard tier rate.
What counts as a converted referral for tier progression?
A converted referral is a project introduced using your referral code that resulted in a completed, paid order. Partial or cancelled orders do not count. Tier reviews happen quarterly - if you hit the threshold, your rate updates automatically on the next statement.
