What we can build

4 types
01

Architectural Cork Surface Systems India

Executed to drawing - not to catalogue proximity.

Custom cork wall, ceiling, and surface integrations executed to drawing specifications. Controlled tolerances for dimension, density, and finish. We supply to architects and fit-out contractors at the scale and consistency that project delivery requires.

02

Custom Cork Brand Collaborations India

From brand brief to physical product - not the other way around.

Co-developed cork products aligned with brand identity and campaign needs. Format and finish coordinated through structured briefing and iterative sampling. We develop from your brief through a five-stage process.

Institutional Cork Fabrication India

Volume, consistency, and multi-location execution.

Bulk fabrication for commercial interiors, hospitality, education, and healthcare contexts requiring consistent specification at volume. Specification locked after prototype approval - no material or finish substitutions without written confirmation.

Bespoke Cork Material Development India

For applications where the standard range doesn't reach.

Custom density, thickness, finish, and format exploration for specialised applications - supported by technical sampling and documented material behaviour data. For product designers and R&D teams requiring cork in formats outside our standard offer.

Development Process

Our 5-stage process

Each custom project follows a defined sequence. Milestones are documented and communicated at every stage - no production begins without written client confirmation.

Step 01

Requirement Assessment

We review application context, dimensions, surface performance requirements, and quantities before any material selection or cost is discussed.

2-3 working days

Step 02

Material Sampling

Physical samples dispatched to agreed specification. Grain, finish, density, and thickness confirmed by the client before any fabrication commitment is made.

7-10 working days

Step 03

Prototype Development

A working prototype reviewed against the brief before production planning begins. No bulk commitment until prototype is approved in writing.

2-3 weeks

Step 04

Fabrication Planning

Schedule, batch sizing, packaging, and dispatch logistics confirmed in writing. For fixed project deadlines, this stage is confirmed with adequate buffer built in.

Agreed at approval

Step 05

Production and Dispatch

Fabricated to approved prototype. Quality-checked against specification. Dispatched tracked to project timeline with milestone updates at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.

Assessed at scope

Policy

All fabrication is executed against a confirmed written specification. Deviations from approved prototype are communicated before production continues - no substitutions made without client confirmation.

Fabrication Capability

What we can build to your spec.

Our fabrication capability is structured for custom briefs, institutional volumes, and multi-location delivery - not batch stock. Every output is produced against a confirmed written specification.

  • 01

Custom dimensions and formats - sheet, roll, tile, and cut-to-size outputs available

  • 02

Surface finish control - natural, lacquer, PU, compressed, sealed, or textured finishes specifiable

  • 03

Bulk production capacity structured for institutional and commercial volumes

  • 04

Pan-India dispatch - logistics support across metros and project sites

  • 05

Single point of contact from brief to delivery - no handoffs between account and production

Confirmation

All fabrication is executed against a confirmed written specification. Deviations from our approved prototype are communicated before production continues - no substitutions without client confirmation.

Dimension

Custom width, length, and thickness within material constraints. Cut-to-size and panel formats.

Density

Natural agglomerated cork. Density specified by application load and acoustic requirements.

Surface Finish

Natural, lacquer, PU, compressed, sealed, or textured. Confirmed during sampling stage.

Edge Treatment

Square, bevelled, or rounded. Edge finish specified before prototype confirmation.

Branding

Laser engraving, UV printing, or screen printing - where format is compatible.

Common Questions

Project and Process Questions

Brief preparation, prototype revision, and specification changes.

Submit a Brief
What information should I include in a project brief?

At minimum: application context, estimated quantity or area, any dimensional requirements, and your project timeline. For architectural projects, include drawings or reference images if available. For brand collaborations, include visual identity references and campaign context. A rough brief is enough to begin.

What happens if the prototype doesn't meet the brief?

We revise. The prototype stage exists to surface misalignments before production. If a prototype does not meet the agreed specification, we identify the gap, adjust the fabrication parameters, and produce a revised prototype before any production commitment is made.

Can the specification be changed after prototype approval?

Changes after prototype approval restart the relevant process stages. Minor changes such as finish or edge treatment may require a revised sample only. Dimensional or density changes require a new prototype. Finalise the spec before prototype sign-off.

Material-led

From the first conversation.

All custom solutions are grounded in material behaviour, fabrication capability, and contextual application - not in what looks good in a mood board. Explore textures, densities, finishes, and technical specifications in our Design Library before committing to a brief.
